Senior Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our team in Singapore.

This role provides strategic finance and business partnering with the Asia Pacific Strategy Organization (APSO) and Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) for Immunology Therapeutic Area (TA).

You will provide finance leadership in financial performance, forecasting, investment decision-making, and profitability management of the TA. Additionally, you will lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) from finance for Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific.

  • Closely partners with Immunology TA/brand leads to drive insightful business decisions by performing analysis leveraging internal and external data.
  • Drives/leads Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP) and Business Plan process for Immunology TA and prepares presentations for the business reviews.
  • Identifies risks/opportunities for the target achievement and shares with stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-function stakeholders to facilitate monthly review of brand competitiveness.
  • Offer ad hoc financial support for various business cases including access strategy of New Product Launches (NPL).
  • Leads IBP process together with Supply Chain team.
  • Closely works with BI&A and relevant teams to drive process improvement and adoption of digital platforms.
  • Collaborates with the regional FP&A team to enhance simplification and standardization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting and CPA/CMA is preferred but not required.
  • More than 7 years of accumulated experience working in finance or accounting role.
  • Strong analytic capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Business partnering experience & Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and innovative thinking.
  • Strong English skill in both writing and speaking.
