Main Responsibilities Clinical Case management and patient care coordination Operations Assist the Assistant Manager in the following: Managing operations of the centre and programmes. Facilitate the development of various quality and clinical improvement initiatives. Managing stakeholders (MOH/Hospitals/Grassroots/Other community partners). Developing and updating SOPs. Managing reports and work plan. Conducting needs and gaps analysis. People Management Assist the Assistant Manager in supervising junior staff Public Relations / Customer Service Assist Assistant Manager in performing clients’ feedback management. Equipment, Supplies, and Maintenance Assist the Assistant Manager in the maintenance of equipment, and procurement of stationery and consumables required for operations. Finance Assist the Assistant Manager in managing the budget and finance of programmes. Others Assist the Assistant Manager in managing other programmes and activities. Cover duties of other colleagues. Any other duties the Head of Department assigns. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Social Sciences or related studies At least 2 years' experience in Customer Service Coordination / Programme Management / Coordination / other related areas Possess ILTC sector knowledge Great interpersonal and problem solving skills Proficient in MS Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
