About the role
As a Civil & Structural BIM Modeller at Alps Consults Pte. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the company's engineering projects. Based in the Orchard Central Region, this full-time position will involve using cutting-edge Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology to create detailed 3D models for civil and structural engineering designs.
What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for civil and structural engineering projects
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate design information into the BIM models
Ensure the BIM models adhere to industry standards and client requirements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows
Provide technical support and training to project teams on the use of BIM software
Participate in project meetings to discuss model updates and coordinate with stakeholders
What we're looking for
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling for civil and structural engineering projects
Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Strong understanding of civil and structural design principles and construction methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
