Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)Under the operation, ecommerce and livestream execution team, you will in charge of the daily operation, inventory and ecommerce management. Pick and pack order for e-commerce and retail platforms Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping Manage the day‐to‐day operations on online marketplaces, including the updating of storefronts, order fulfilment and resolution of customer enquiries and other issues. Develop and manage livestreaming campaigns on TikTok and other platforms, including the engagement and maintenance of relationships with KOLs. Provide real‐time support by monitoring comments across accounts and product management. Assist hosts with any immediate needs, including shouting out sales promos and brand messages. Ensure a seamless streaming experience by troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise and liaising with the relevant teams as needed. Any other related ad‐hoc tasks, such as but not limited to, data entry, stock take, packing and moving of goods. Assist marketing and events team in project planning Requirements Independent and flexible in taking on new task. Candidate must possess good communication skills and be customer oriented. Flexi Working hours, 5 days work week. Training will be provided.
