Work with the finance team to offer customers financing and aftermarket options. Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups. Stay updated on vehicle models, promotions, and financing options. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success. Uphold professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions. Requirements Passion for automobiles and willingness to learn. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and reliable.
