Assembly was named The Drum’s APAC Media Agency of the Year in 2021 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR An accomplished Planning Director who will takes ownership of some of the key client relationships we have in the region and is primarily responsible in leading the strategic growth and planning excellence while overseeing the activation delivery of these accounts. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY 1. Strategic Leadership Lead the development of annual and campaign media strategies that connect brand and performance objectives. Translate client briefs (business objectives and goals) into data-driven strategy frameworks with actionable KPIs Develop and execute full-funnel media plans across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Partner with our strategy, data, activation and creative teams to develop integrated, insight-led campaigns, driving strategic media recommendations and identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance Drive media innovation and thought leadership, ensuring clients are ahead of market trends, including working closely with media partners to drive new opportunities for clients. 2. Client Leadership Serve as senior point of contact for senior client stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and direction.
