Job Title: Trade Support Specialist

About the Role:

This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade support, with a focus on preparing commodity sale and purchase contracts.

  • Contract Preparation: Collaborate with Trading, Trade Finance and Shipping Team to prepare commodity sale and purchase contracts.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with suppliers and buyers to finalize contract-related matters.
  • Trade Contract Finalization: Follow up and finalize all trade-related contracts in consultation with the internal team.
  • Transaction Cycle Management: Handle transaction cycles for all shipments, monitoring each step of trade deal execution.
  • Contract Tracking and Reporting: Keep track of contract details and provide periodic reports as required.
  • Collaboration and Logistics: Work closely with back office and operational staff to ensure smooth logistics and end-to-end supply chain management.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade support is required for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
