Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Occupational Therapist based in Singapore, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and provide therapy interventions for children with diverse developmental needs. Responsibilities include creating customized therapy plans, conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with caregivers and fellow professionals, and documenting progress. The candidate will play a crucial role in helping children achieve developmental milestones related to motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Qualifications Proficiency and experience in Occupational Therapy, focusing on pediatric care and rehabilitation. Solid understanding of Pediatrics, Medicine, and Rehabilitation principles to support evidence-based interventions. Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with children, families, and other professionals. Ability to develop and implement tailored therapy plans, assess developmental progress, and adapt strategies as needed. A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy and current professional registration/license. Experience working with children with special needs is highly advantageous. Empathy, patience, and a passion for contributing to children's growth and development.
