Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, supporting product and application needs in the medical device industry. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries. Provide training, demonstrations, and consultation to distributors, clinicians, and end users. Support partners with product configuration, clinical applications, and tender requirements. Deliver regular product updates and application training to customers and distributors. Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts and territories in Singapore. Drive sales for ventilator and related product portfolios. Handle tender processes (proposal, review, submission, and follow-up). Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, IT, engineering) for project and solution delivery. Conduct end-user training and manage product installation and configuration. Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, commissioning, and customer satisfaction. Promote products through exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events. Prepare reports (trip, monthly, and project). Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing insights to Japan HQ. Support new product launches and continuously upgrade product and sales skills. Any other ad-hoc assigned. Requirements: 2 years of relevant experience in the medical device business. Experience with ventilator products, e.g., Respiratory Therapist preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective product presentations and troubleshooting. Demonstrates resilience, resourcefulness, ability to learn and adaptability. Able to deliver results under pressure and handle work stress. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
