Roles & Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities: Apply necessary gas back-up and chilled bars as required to perform efficient weld repair Perform manual and laser weld of all products with different weld configurations Identify and replace basic fixture/tooling due to wear and tear Simple refining of welding parameters Perform scheduled maintenance & housekeeping tasks Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 3 years of relevant experience Preferably NITEC/Higher NITEC in welding Relevant TIG certificates; or Preferably CAAS approval in TIG Welding/General Welding or equivalent Able to read and understand the manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English Desired Characteristics: Knowledge of measuring instrument, TIG Welding Must be able to fully comprehend process parameters and consistently produce good quality parts Ability to read & understand technical drawings/instructions A team player Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker Tell employers what skills you have Aerospace EngineeringLeadershipTroubleshootingAviationHardwareHousekeepingAerospaceAgileElectricalWeldingTIG WeldingAircraftTeam PlayerManufacturingElectronicsMechanical Engineering
