Overview The Health Representative will be the central contact in connecting customers within their accounts to therapies that advance wellness and prevention of diseases. Central to the role will be the introduction of new and promoted vaccines and innovative digital services that elevate Health Care Professionals’ patient care. The role is consultative and spans Pfizer’s entire resource and product portfolio for the customer base, building long-standing and valued relationships. The Health Representative draws on healthcare knowledge and understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry, as well as Pfizer and the product portfolio, so that customers achieve the solutions they need. The Health Representative should be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and building/maintaining long-term relationships at senior executive levels with key decision makers and influencers. The Health Representative identifies and prioritizes Pfizer opportunities by understanding customers’ business and strategic imperatives. Responsibilities Onboard customers to new operating models and platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal). Identify and implement effective virtual/in-person engagement strategies by customer; develop and execute business and territory call plans; adapt based on opportunities and insights. Know HCP content and channel preferences to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content. Drive customers to digital service offerings, providing materials and support tailored to their needs and patients; ensure customers gain maximum value from the services. Build rapport across virtual and in-person environments; maintain clear call objectives, documentation, and KPIs; utilize digital tools (e.g., Veeva) and adapt to new tools; leverage analytics for insights and next-best-action plans. Understand HCP needs, share expert product advice, tailor data, deliver promotional activities, and align the customer lifecycle with Pfizer portfolio needs. Provide objective, scientifically sound medical information on Pfizer’s portfolio; incorporate educational programs and tools to identify opportunities for improving patient care. Strategically deploy Pfizer resources to support HCPs (e.g., patient education, adherence resources); collaborate across Marketing, Medical, and other support functions; integrate guidance into call planning. Seek external market awareness to drive exceptional customer support and connect customer discussions with external trends and internal developments. Establish strong working relationships with Pfizer Digital and Medical Teams; share customer insights to improve digital service offerings. Manage and achieve annual targets; ensure adherence to Compliance, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory requirements. Provide support for relevant inline vaccines prescribed by HCPs; share brand and therapy area updates with HCPs; convey messages across multiple vaccines and therapy areas. Maintain a customer-centric approach across the hospital stakeholder environment and across primary and secondary care. Understand the environment and challenges of key HCPs and translate them into business opportunities. Leverage virtual/digital channels effectively; serve as the single point of contact for the Pfizer portfolio within accounts; understand cross-product interplay; adapt product plans based on customer and patient needs. Qualifications & Requirements A tertiary diploma/degree in Business, Science, or healthcare (e.g., pharmacist, nurse) with solid industry knowledge. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industries (vaccine experience is a plus). Entrepreneurial and growth mindset with curiosity. Analytical skills to connect data, products, and the needs of HCPs and patients. Strong written and verbal communication to build trusted stakeholder relationships. Good digital literacy and willingness to learn and upskill. Strategic thinking and planning to help customers see beyond day-to-day activities. Agility, adaptability to change, and negotiation skills. Commercial and business acumen, budgeting experience, and ability to drive sales and performance. Ability to engage with customers virtually and in person. Can-do attitude, reliability, and independent work capability. Class 3 driving license; car preferred.
