We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer & PE Assignee to manage site operations and engineering coordination for major infrastructure projects. This role involves direct oversight of construction activities, technical liaison duties, and ensuring all work complies with engineering standards and project schedules. Responsibilities Develop and maintain work schedules aligned with project timelines and milestones. Coordinate with the appointed Professional Engineer on all matters related to temporary works. Engage with consultants and oversee subcontractor activities to address technical matters on site. Identify and resolve on-site engineering and construction challenges promptly. Provide technical support to site supervisors to ensure timely progress of construction tasks. Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with quality and safety standards. Prepare technical documentation, including method statements and progress reports, as required. Supervise and guide on-site workers to maintain a well-organized and safe work environment. Monitor site operations closely to ensure effective execution of daily activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore) . Must be a certified Resident Engineer with valid registration under IES or BCA . Previous involvement in road infrastructure projects under local authorities such as LTA is preferred. Proven experience in a PE assignee capacity with responsibility for continuous site supervision. Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across project teams and contractors.
