Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Industry: Maritime / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing Recruitment Focus: Contracting & Permanent Recruitment Location: Singapore About the Role We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore team, supporting our Maritime / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Technology recruitment sector. This role is ideal for someone starting or building their recruitment career, focusing on candidate sourcing, screening, and supporting the full recruitment cycle. Key Responsibilities Support 360° recruitment processes for contracting and permanent positions. Source, engage, and screen candidates across technical and commercial functions. Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications. Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment system. Support business development activities by helping research clients and market trends. Meet individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Key Requirements 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR. Experience in Maritime / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Technology recruitment sector is a plus. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written). Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills. Team player with a positive attitude and ambition to grow within the recruitment industry. Self Motivated and driven Individual.
