We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Plant Design ProductionTeam as Floral Artist / Florist Designer. This role involves crafting elegant floral plantarrangement designs that reflect the company's standards of beauty and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities : Create and assemble Phalaenopsis orchid arrangements Design and decorate tabletop plants and mini bonsai displays Perform basic plant care and maintenance Assist in production, organisation, and packaging of floral products Requirements : Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident Genuine interest in flowers and willingness to learn Positive work attitude, meticulous, and patient Responsible, punctual, and reliable Good manual dexterity for fine, detailed work Able to stand for extended periods and carry items of 5–10kg Willing to work on weekends and during festive seasons Preferred : Experience in floristry, handicrafts, or retail Strong sense of aesthetics and design appreciation At Far East Flora Group, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
