Business Development Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Intergateway Freight Pte. Ltd. in the Tampines East Region. This full-time role will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the continued growth and success of our freight forwarding and logistics services. What you'll be doing Proactively researching and identifying potential new customers and markets to target Arranging and conducting meetings with prospective clients to understand their freight and logistics requirements Preparing and presenting tailored proposals and pitches to win new business Negotiating contract terms and pricing to secure new client accounts Maintaining a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and closely tracking progress Collaborating cross-functionally with the operations and customer service teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services Contributing to the development of the company's sales and marketing strategies What we're looking for Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a new business development or sales role, ideally within the freight forwarding or logistics industry Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to effectively engage with prospective clients Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address customer needs Proven track record of identifying, securing and growing new business accounts Highly motivated, target-driven and resilient in the face of rejection Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally What we offer At Intergateway Freight, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
