Overview A growing PERE with AUM above $9bn is seeking a Finance Manager, reporting to the Financial Lead, to ensure accurate financial reporting, including tax assessments, for the Group and funds managed by the Group. This role is crucial for driving operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and compliance across all finance-related activities. The Finance Manager will assist in maintaining the financial system and collaborate with the team to achieve financial accuracy and transparency. You will be heavily involved in financial reporting and analysis for both monthly fund and group-level reporting. You will analyze financial data, perform analyses, identify trends, and provide insights to the Financial Lead and CFO. You will participate in annual forecasting and ongoing budgeting, oversee all accounting and tax compliance related to the funds, including fund performance, distributions, and tax filings. You will support the Financial Lead in risk management and risk mitigation, and manage special projects such as setting up new funds, loan refinancings, process improvements, or other finance-related initiatives. Maintain and operate the financial system; collaborate with the team to achieve financial accuracy and transparency. Lead financial reporting and analysis for monthly fund and group-level reporting; analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to the Financial Lead and CFO. Participate in annual forecast and ongoing budgeting; oversee accounting and tax compliance for funds including performance, distributions, and tax filings. Support risk management and implement risk mitigation; manage special projects such as setting up new funds, loan refinancing, and process improvements. Qualifications Chartered Accountant with more than 8 years of relevant work experience; PERE background. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
