Job Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize photolithography process for SAW and BAW fabrication.
Take ownership and resolve complex lithography process issues, ensuring high yield and quality standards.
Investigate and analyze root cause to problems with DMAIC systematic approach.
Determine, implement, and improve Production Control Instruction (PCI) & Out of Control Plan (OCAP).
Utilize statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and maintain process stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all continuous improvement activities.
Teamwork with vendors and equipment engineers to evaluate and qualify lithography tools and processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electronics, chemicals, materials science, or a related field.
Min 8 years of experience in lithography process engineering, preferably in HVM semiconductor environment.
Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and SPC tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
