Our company is looking for a Quality Assurance / Management Representative who will perform the following tasks:
Manage the company's ISO9001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 systems by leading both internal and external audits.
Monitor and analyze the company's quality and safety performance through the action plans in place.
Keep abreast of the government requirements as well as updates on the standards to ensure compliance of the company's systems and policies.
Ensure that all statutory licenses, certificates, and inspections of the company's equipment and machinery are valid and up to date.
Manage and monitor the company's measuring equipment and devices to ensure that they are calibrated as per the required standard of the products.
Liaise with all external stakeholders such as government bodies (MOM, BCA, SCDF, etc.) regarding the company's operation and compliance.
Communicate with existing customers on their regular audits, non-disclosure agreements, and additional requirements which may affect the company's status of being an approved vendor.
Assist project engineers in securing Certificate of Origin (COO) and/or Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) for products.
Analyze the applicable tariff to be applied for free trade agreement (FTA) purposes.
