As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Legal Counsel and the position is based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and agreements for the group Liaise with regulators such as MAS on regulatory filings and reports Provide strategic legal advice to the group on the business needs Liaise with external legal counsel to provide support for the group Assist in implementing client onboarding and KYC/AML compliance Manage relationships with external vendors such as law firm, corporate secretary firms etc related to legal and compliance issues Work with investment team to provide legal support when necessary Keep track on the industry trends on regulatory compliance and update the management Other ad-hoc legal and compliance tasks when necessary Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in law or other disciplines At least 3 years of post‐qualification experience in law firm or in‐house financial institution Exposure to asset management / fund management industry experience is preferred Motivated, independent and collaborative Adaptable to work in a small office and fast‐paced environment Good communication and analytical skills Interested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan, R at .
