Medical Sales Representative – Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies targeting clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals within the assigned territory. Conduct client presentations and product pitches , demonstrating strong understanding of product benefits and applications. Manage and maintain a comprehensive client portfolio , including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, specialists, and general practitioners. Build and sustain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients through consistent engagement and service excellence. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends , customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide product education and training to doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff, ensuring accurate product knowledge and usage. Collect and report valuable market insights , customer feedback, and competitor intelligence. Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve collective sales objectives and marketing goals. Support and participate in marketing events , exhibitions, seminars, and workshops as directed. Prepare and submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales analyses in line with company standards. Meet or exceed sales targets , while complying with all company policies and performance metrics. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science , or equivalent qualification (NITEC / Higher NITEC in related Business fields acceptable). Experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical equipment promotion preferred. Prior exposure to medical centers and hospitals will be an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with a passion for customer engagement. Independent, self-motivated, and target-driven , with a positive and proactive attitude. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by the role. Resourceful, results-oriented, and professional , with high personal integrity. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and analysis. A confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills . #J-18808-Ljbffr
