Key Responsibilities Backhaul Networks Plan, design, implement, and operate optical transmission infrastructures across multiple PoPs within Singapore. Work closely with the Global Product tower to plan, design, source appropriate facilities and equipment. Collaborate with various cable NOCs to deliver end‐to‐end network services. Customer Engage in technical pre‐sales support on optical connectivity solutions to customers. Manage and operate customers' optical networks comprising mainly SLTE and backhaul DWDM equipment. Submarine Cable Operation Collaborate with the Cable Landing Station (CLS) facilities operation team to maintain CLS facilities securely and efficiently. Perform regular PFE maintenance and support cable repair works on a 24×7 basis. Knowledge and Attributes Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Ciena, Nokia (Infinera), Adtran, Huawei) are advantageous. Academic Qualifications and Certifications Minimum 5 years of relevant hands‐on experience in SLTE or DWDM platform environments. Bachelor's or graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT‐related studies. Required Experience Experience in a managerial position or similar capacity providing optical network services.
