What You'll be Doing
Develop, optimize, and deploy intelligent voice assistant and text-based large language models.
Focus on NLP model development, including intent recognition and slot extraction, ensuring efficient deployment.
Stay updated on cutting-edge NLP models/tools, quickly learn and apply them to solve complex business challenges.
Who We're Looking For
Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
5 years of experience in NLP algorithms (including academic research); proficient in Python and Linux, and familiar with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Hands-on experience in fine-tuning large models, inference acceleration, and related tasks; expertise in dialogue semantic modeling, hierarchical multi-label text classification, and low-resource NLP.
Passion for technology with a relentless focus on performance optimization; ability to quickly read, replicate, and enhance research papers.
Strong learning ability, communication skills, and technical problem-solving capability.
