Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**Administrative Functions*** Upkeep and make records of M&E inventories and stock.* Keep proper utilities’ records, monitor working condition and performance of M&E services.## Regular Duties* Basic plumbing repairs (fixing leaky faucets etc)* Minor electrical work (replacing light bulbs, fixing tripped switches)* Carpentry repairs* Basic painting and touch-ups* General maintenance of common areas* Replacing damaged tiles or flooring sections* Installing simple fixtures## Additional Responsibilities* Conducting regular inspections of facilities* Reporting major issues to the Condominium Manager* Responding to residents' maintenance requests* Maintaining tools and equipment inventory* Supporting contractors during larger repair works and inspection* Monitor contractors at work and report performance irregularities to immediate supervisors.**Location:**On-site –SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
