Ensure that all facilities related projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Build facilities related project plan, manage the delivery of outcomes, schedule tasks, and delegate assignments. Ensure that all facilities are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly. Prepare and submit facilities related budget estimates, evaluation report, progress report and cost tracking reports. Develop and ensure facilities routine check. Develop and ensure facilities preventive maintenance strategies. Investigate, check, and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences. Maintain good relationship with vendors, suppliers, and contractors while ensuring they provide quality services and products at best value. Attend all site maintenance and technical problems, and resolve issues and recommend solutions. Responsible for the security, maintenance, and services of all facilities in the club.
