Job Responsibilities AEJ Equity Research Sales is responsible for servicing institutional equity clients and distribute Nomura’s research content and single stock ideas. The role will require collaboration with internal stakeholders (Research, Trading, Syndicate, etc.) to drive monetization of Nomura’s equity content business and Syndicate deals. Partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive monetization and alignment across equity content and Syndicate deals. Line up cross-sell opportunities for our execution services and non-cash offerings. Be proactive and self-starter in pursuit of new clients. Support Regional sales team on client requests. Idea generation for corporate access events. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of cash equity sales experience in AEJ EQ markets. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; coupled with good marketing and presentation skills. A passion for financial markets, ideally demonstrated through past internships in the financial industry and curriculum. Ability to work under high stress environment. Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Fluency in Mandarin and any other Asian language would be an advantage.
