Store Manager (Beauty, Fast Fashion & Sports Retail)

Overview

Store Manager responsible for the upkeep of the store at all times, ensuring visitors are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism according to store standards. The role includes client acquisition, team leadership, and operational responsibilities to support sales objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the store at all times and ensure guest service meets boutique standards
  • Lead the team to acquire new clients, including converting walk-in clients and pursuing client acquisition strategies outside the boutique
  • Ensure all team members actively use the boutique database
  • Propose and implement marketing actions to achieve sales objectives (mailings, events, club collaborations, etc.)
  • Enforce the discount policy
  • Manage stock value to remain below maximum coverage
  • Coach the team, recruit new staff, and evaluate team members
  • Assess training development of the team
The Talent
  • 6 years of retail experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Excellent customer relations management skills with a solid client base
  • Knowledge of watches/high jewelry is a definite asset
  • Strong business sense of retail service and passion for retail operations
  • Good knowledge of computer applications; proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint & reporting
  • Sales-driven and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills
