Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions and cleaning standard.Work Day :Shift 1: 3 weekdays and 1 weekend, 2pm - 11pmShift 2: Friday to Sun, 2pm - 11pmResponsibilities :Able to communicate well/fast with client, floater and cleaner through various channels (e.g phone calls, Chat / SMS, emails, walk-insMaintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client supportTo arrange floater or cleaner jobs schedule and monitor cleaning standard.
