The company specializes in overseas market entry strategies, ERP and IT consultancy, financial planning, and M&A advisory, and has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor for businesses navigating the complexities of cross-border growth, particularly within the Southeast Asian region. Job Description Responsible for consulting on the implementation of cutting-edge ERP software (focusing on accounting and logistics) for the company's clients. Handle diverse clients across different sectors. Work closely with relevant stakeholders on software implementation. Collaborate with overseas teams to ensure project completeness. Job Requirements Degree in Information Technology or a related IT field. Preferably 1-2 years of IT work experience; applications from those with no experience are also welcome. Strong interest and passion for IT services or technology. Proficiency in Japanese at N2 or above, with daily conversational skills, to communicate with Japanese clients/teams. Business-level proficiency in English. Experience in ERP software implementation, preferably SAP. Programming experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Office location: CBD, Singapore Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, with flexible options. Remote work options available.
