Overview Join to apply for the Creative Designer role at Neo Group Limited . We are looking for a CREATIVE Designer who wants to captivate and inspire people through your designs. Responsibilities Conceptualise and create visual communications, including digital assets and print collaterals (from graphical works, photography to video editing), that are aligned with the brand’s identity and message Demonstrate quality control on brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and compliance throughout all touchpoints Work closely with cross-functional teams on timely project deliverables (work with Marketing team to conceptualise and provide creatives for marketing & brand campaigns within timeline; work with Chefs on food photography, including food styling)Strong multi-project management from concept to completion, including liaising with print vendors and external resources to ensure optimal results in marketing collaterals and packaging production Think creatively, stay relevant with current design trends and standards, and enhance existing / develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts To work with other designers on other assigned design and non-design duties Requirements Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B and/or FMCG industry Proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and InDesign Photography styling and videography knowledge will be highly regarded A craftsman with a positive mindset and can-do attitude Strong eye for aesthetics and visual detail Flexible and open-minded to new processes, new platforms, and emerging technologies Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team member to meet tight timeline in a dynamic working environment Ability to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts Willing to work in the West area, with occasional travel for event setup within Singapore Employer questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?How many years' experience do you have as a Creative Designer?Which of the following Adobe products are you experienced with?Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Food and Beverage Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Neo Group Limited by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
