Associate Creative Director- Art

You will be working as an Associate Creative Director (Art) in our team at Goregaon. As a digital-native, you will have a passion for design and a deep understanding of various digital platforms. You should be able to translate strategies into visually appealing content that captures attention instantly.Your role will involve leading visual storytelling across different formats such as short-form videos, social campaigns, digital ads, web content, influencer collaborations, and branded experiences. You will be responsible for setting the visual direction for digital campaigns, social media content, performance creatives, and content IPs.Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with copy leads, strategists, and content creators to deliver cohesive and integrated ideas. Additionally, you will be managing and mentoring a team of art directors, designers, motion artists, and editors to ensure high-quality output across all projects.Your experience of 7-10 years in design/art direction, preferably in a digital or creative agency, will be valuable in this role. A strong portfolio showcasing social-first and digital-first campaign work that effectively blends design and storytelling is essential. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects is required, with the ability to guide motion graphics, animation, and UI design being a plus.Your leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines and teams will be put to the test in this role. A keen eye for detail, layout, color, typography, and a hands-on approach to the creative process will be crucial for success in this position.If you are someone who stays updated on digital trends, meme culture, internet aesthetics, and visual language shifts, this role is perfect for you.
