Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing the enterprise-wide architecture strategy. You will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring the alignment of our infrastructure with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the enterprise infrastructure architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Lead the definition and implementation of standards, policies, and procedures.
Conduct thorough assessments of current capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and evaluate technology options and make recommendations for infrastructure investments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in architecture.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and frameworks such as TOGAF.
Proven experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience with DevOps practices.
