Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for electrical power monitoring systems? Do you have experience in managing SCADA and package projects?
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) project orders from start to finish. This role will be based in Singapore.
**Key Responsibilities**:
  • Cost control, monitoring, forecasting, and ensuring delivery of financial commitment, cost, revenue, and invoices.
  • Project coordination includes attending customer meetings, following up on customer inquiries, requests, and areas of concern, providing prompt and positive feedback with solutions, and planning work schedules for the project under responsibility.
  • Project progress tracking and reporting to customers and management in a timely manner, including submittals/approvals, costs, schedules, manpower, procurement, and quality issue updates.
  • Site status monitoring and reporting, such as installation progress, quality compliance, manpower status, etc.
  • Managing variation orders, including identifying and interpreting customer change requests, drafting quotes, and assisting with EPMS engineering document updating, especially on design changes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• A degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-8 years proven track record in managing electrical SCADA and package projects.
• Familiarity with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Commercial and legal implications of contracts.
• Good understanding of budgeting and financial implications, including cash flows.
• Good knowledge of contract law and trade documents, project management.
• Good knowledge of electrical distribution systems and standards.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
