Engagement Manager As an Engagement Manager , you’ll play a key role in shaping these experiences by ensuring the right speakers and subject‑matter experts are matched to the right sessions across the region. This role connects speakers, program managers, and engagement owners to ensure flawless execution. What You’ll Do Identify and secure the best‑fit speakers based on customer goals, session needs, and topic expertise across APAC. Support custom and executive‑level requests, including last‑minute speaker outreach. Set expectations with speakers, ensure readiness, and develop contingency plans for high‑risk or complex briefings. Monitor speaker alignment and resolve gaps as session dates approach. Provide day‑of support during live engagements, managing changes, cancellations, and communication updates. Program Management Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new speakers, including orientation and topic submission. Maintain accurate speaker profiles and ensure visibility into speaker pools across APAC. Use reporting tools and dashboards to track speaker health, coverage, and program insights. Coordinate training sessions, speaker nominations, logistics, and enablement activities to strengthen the speaker community. What You Bring Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse APAC cultures. Experience in program coordination , events , communications , or executive engagement . Ability to manage shifting priorities and solve challenges calmly under tight timelines. Strong organization and time‑management skills. Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Power BI a plus). Ability to work onsite in Singapore. Comfort working across multiple time zones and collaborating with regional teams. Confident communicator who can build trust with senior stakeholders. Able to work cross‑functionally with diverse technical and business teams. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with dynamic session changes. Detail‑oriented while managing high‑volume coordination.
