IT Technician

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end users on Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Smartphones etc.Troubleshooting hardware related issues and replace parts if neededTroubleshooting software related issues and apply fixProvide corrective maintenance to System such as card access, CCTV, security, network, server systems etc.Perform Install, Move, Add and Change activitiesWork with team members in completing job assignmentsFollow process to attend assigned jobs and escalate issuesArrange On-boarding and off-boarding usersAny other tasks as assigned by the managementRequirements: Strong technical skills in trouble shooting issues related to IT productsAt least 1 year of experience with end user support.Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows operating systems and business productivity applications i.e. MS-OfficeCollaboration experience including knowledge of remote control of PCsCan work independentlyFluency in both written and spoken EnglishAble to go onsite and provide support as requiredTo resolve IT issues at Outlets at shopping mall (orchard area).Salary will commensurate with experience
