The Operations In-Charge/Manager plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the seamless and efficient day-to-day operations of the clinics . This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage people, processes, and resources to deliver high-quality patient care and support business goals.Job Description: 1. Clinic Operations Management Oversee the daily operations of clinic to ensure efficiency and service excellence. Ensure the effective implementation of clinic policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols. Plan and coordinate daily work assignments, including staff roaster or closing schedule based on operational needs. Handle front desk and administrative duties to support daily clinic functions. 2. Strategic & Performance Management Develop and monitor the achievement of clinic goals and performance indicators (financial, quality, and operational). Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance service delivery and patient experience. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Serve as the key liaison with external stakeholders including regulatory bodies, vendors, and contractors. Partner with dental professionals and clinical teams to ensure quality and consistency in patient care services. 4. Facilities & Equipment Management Oversee the care, maintenance, and readiness of clinic facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Coordinate repair and maintenance activities in collaboration with vendors and contractors. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic/hospital operations or healthcare management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and problem solving abilities. Proficient in Plato software.
