looking for a Quality Control Associate
to join their team. Specializing in high-quality gold and diamond jewelry, the company blends traditional craftsmanship with modern design, offering both bespoke and ready-to-wear pieces.
Responsibilities:
Confirm to quality standards and quality processes.
Inspect incoming and outgoing products according to policy standards.
Perform all product processes within section (e.g., QC, SAO), reworks, repairs, and defective photo-taking.
Contribute to continuous improvement.
Maintain integrity, accuracy, and completeness of supplier invoice data and QC data in the system.
Establish standard operating procedures and conditions for handling storage and checklist of stock.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in gold quality control in retail jewelry preferred.
If no QC experience in retail jewelry, then at least 1 year of experience in QC control in manufacturing.
At least a diploma in any discipline.
Basic understanding of production methods.
Able to use basic MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multi-task and quick learner.
