Job Description Attendant, Housekeeping (Public Area)You will maintain the cleanliness of the Front and Back of the House of the Service Residence in accordance with our established procedures and guidelines. You will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeping Supervisor. Responsibilities You will: Conduct hourly and periodic cleaning and inspections of designated areas according to the specified guidelines. Report any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and maintenance defects to the Housekeeping Supervisor or the Engineering Department. Collect and dispose of waste and recycling. Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue. Monitor and report low inventory levels of cleaning materials or supplies. Provide courteous and prompt service to guests who request assistance or have inquiries. Ensure guest needs are met professionally while maintaining a discreet presence. Assist with special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning or event preparation. Support other housekeeping team members as needed. Perform related tasks as assigned.
