THE JOB:

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services tailored to client needs
• Consult with clients to recommend hairstyles, treatments, and products that suit their preferences and lifestyle
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon industry standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of salon tools, equipment, and workstations
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Recommend and promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction
• Assist in managing appointment schedules to ensure smooth salon operations
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with industry regulations
• Support salon events, promotions, and marketing activities when needed
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative salon environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role.
• Certification from a cosmetology or hair styling school.
• Solid knowledge of hair types, scalp care, and chemical treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Deliverables:

• Maintain a strong repeat customer rate by building rapport and trust with clients.
• Consistently deliver precise, on-trend cuts, styles, and treatments with minimal corrections or redos.
• Adhere strictly to client briefs while offering professional advice when needed.
• Ensure tools are properly cleaned and sterilized between clients.
• Complete services within the allocated time frame to maintain daily appointment flow.
• Demonstrate ongoing learning by introducing new styles or techniques in client offerings.
• Support team members in salon operations and maintain a positive, professional atmosphere.
