About the Role
This is a client-facing role focused on building and managing relationships with affluent and high-net-worth investors. You will be responsible for growing assets under management, acquiring new clients, and providing advice that integrates professional investment insight with the firm’s digital capabilities. The role offers the chance to work closely with clients, understand their financial objectives, and help them achieve long-term wealth goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of affluent and HNW clients through referrals, partnerships, and targeted business development.
Acquire new clients and grow AUM by presenting investment solutions clearly and credibly.
Provide personalised investment advice and portfolio recommendations using a combination of model portfolios, thematic strategies, and tailored solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all advisory and investment matters.
Collaborate with investment, product, and marketing teams to refine client engagement strategies and improve onboarding processes.
Prepare financial proposals, portfolio diagnostics, and implementation plans aligned with client goals.
Stay updated on market trends, portfolio developments, and relevant regulatory changes.
Requirements
Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in wealth management, sales, or investment advisory, ideally with exposure to affluent and/or high-net-worth clients.
Proven ability to acquire clients and grow wallet share through consultative advisory.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with sophisticated investors.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Familiarity with digital advisory tools and an interest in fintech or technology-driven wealth solutions is a plus.
