This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who is eager to develop their skills in office administration, with exposure to HR and basic accounting functions. You will be the backbone of our daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Office Manager: Manage the reception, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling general inquiries. Oversee office maintenance by coordinating with cleaners, vendors, and service providers, Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with company events. Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems. Human Resources Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing workstations and coordinating orientation schedules. Maintain and update employee records and personal files in the HR Information System. Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as medical insurance claims and leave records. Support work pass application, renewal, and cancellation processes as directed. Help coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities. Accounting Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing and verifying invoices, staff expense claims, and petty cash management.
