ABOUT THE COMMUNICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT TEAM The Communications & Engagement (C&E) team drives reputation management and engagement for Temasek Trust. We build trust and inspire action for impact – shaping narratives, activating communities, and amplifying stories that matter. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a purpose-driven and strong communications professional generalist to join our team. In this individual contributor role, you will help to safeguard the reputation of Temasek Trust, craft compelling stories of impact, and activate vibrant communities across our ecosystem and beyond. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and work closely with stakeholders to advance our shared purpose of building a better and brighter future for every generation. Designation: Advocate, Communications & Engagement, Temasek Trust Reporting to: Head, Communications & Engagement, Temasek Trust KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Communications & Storytelling Safeguard and enhance Temasek Trust’s reputation as a convenor and ecosystem-builder for good. Develop consistent, impactful messaging aligned with organisational priorities. Craft compelling content across formats and platforms that spotlights collaboration, innovation, and impact. Manage PR engagements, build media relationships, and identify opportunities to expand reach through influencers and partners. Track and evaluate outcomes to inform future strategies and demonstrate impact. Community Engagement & Activation Develop and implement strategies to cultivate an informed, connected, and collaborative network within and beyond the Temasek Trust ecosystem. Curate purposeful engagements, from informal mixers to structured dialogues and showcases. Orchestrate community-driven formats (e.g., dialogues, knowledge-sharing sessions, thematic convenings etc.) that foster trust, shared learning, and cross-entity collaboration. Capture and share key learnings from community interactions to optimise engagement strategies. WHAT WE ARE SEEKING Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in communications (PR agency experience preferred)Excellent communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills Proven ability to thrive and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Self-starter keen to be hands-on and build with the team Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills A growth mindset, able to adopt and adapt best practices and leverage technology to scale impact Passionate about building engaged communities and driving collective action for good.
