Overview
Senior Compensation Analyst role at
ServiceNow . Based in Singapore. You will partner closely with business leaders and People team partners to shape and execute high-impact compensation programs.
Responsibilities
Conduct analysis on compensation data, identify compensation trends and benchmark job evaluations. Deliver compensation data analysis and reporting, offering actionable insights on trends and program performance.
Perform comprehensive pay equity analyses to identify and resolve disparities, promoting fairness and alignment of compensation philosophy. Execute evaluations and role classification reviews to assess job complexity and determine appropriate compensation levels.
Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices. Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems. Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
Possess expertise in integrating multiple data sources to gather and analyse information, resulting in comprehensive presentation reports that highlight key data insights and industry trends. Create and deliver insightful presentations and analytical findings to HR Business Partners and business leaders, helping to drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Support Global Annual Comp Reviews Programs in line with the organizations pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
Participate in APAC Mercer compensation survey to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company\'s competitive position.
Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and managers to support attracting and retaining top talent through thoughtful compensation strategies. Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders in supporting the annual merit review process, including salary adjustments and promotion requests. Work closely with Talent Acquisition partners on pay decisions for internal and external hires.
Continuously identify efficient and innovative opportunities to automate and enhance compensation-related processes, driving operational excellence and scalability within Total Rewards.
Ensure all compensation practices align with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements in APAC. Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate actions.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and research skills for evaluating compensation trends and making recommendations.
Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in data and reports.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, particularly Excel, for managing and interpreting compensation data.
Experience with compensation program design, market analysis, forecasting trends/costs and modelling outcomes.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting findings and collaborating with various departments.
Knowledge of HR Practices: Understanding of human resource laws, local regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and equity in compensation.
Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to initiate and complete tasks, and manage competing priorities.
Experience with Workday HRIS and Mercer/Radford salary benchmarking is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or HR; about 6 to 8 years of APAC experience in HR, Compensation or rewards consulting is preferred.
