We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Staff member to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the conveyancing process for property transactions, including but not limited to private purchases.
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
- Conducting searches and preparing legal documentation related to property transactions.
- Ensuring all legal requirements and deadlines are met.
- Providing clear and timely updates to clients on the status of their transactions.
- Handling any queries or issues that may arise during the transaction process.
- At least one (1) year experience in conveyancing, with a preference for candidates who have experience in private property purchases.
- Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in conveyancing works-preferrably Private Purchase transactions.
