Payroll & Billing Officer | 5 Days | Bedok | $3,200

Responsibilities: Manage and ensure compliance with daily payroll and billing processes. Establish standards and procedures for payroll, billing, and related transactions. Collaborate with Corporate Partners (e.g., Shared Services Centre) to enhance operational efficiency. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)for HR Information System (HRIS) initiatives and promote best practices. Handle salary enquiries from employees. Address billing enquiries from clients. Requirements: Possess Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience in Payroll / Billing processing and management. Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS software (e.g. SAP). Proactive individual and creative thinker. Fast learner, able to multi-task and good team player. Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to work with people across different levels in the organization.
