About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to manage our flagship Assistive Technology (AT) programmes. As the successful candidate, you will play a critical role in running and managing the day-to-day operations of our AT initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of assistive technology solutions. They will be responsible for evolving and evaluating new and existing AT programmes to meet the ever-changing needs of our disability communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interns volunteers, including recruitment, training, and mentoring, to support operations and build a sustainable community
  • Develop, implement, and execute all programmes effectively while ensuring that they align with EG's overall mission and goals
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that programs are well-integrated with other initiatives and efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tech savvy, keen interests in Assistive Technology
  • Good interpersonal skills to work comfortably with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups
  • Strong organisational skills to plan, prioritise, and deliver on your short-term and long-range responsibilities while keeping good records
