Are you a skilled developer looking to push the boundaries of software engineering? We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI-assisted solutions.

As a Prompt Engineer, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge applications using the latest generative AI tools. Your expertise in crafting effective prompts and workflows will help guide AI models in producing accurate, maintainable, and secure code.

  • Designing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated outputs to meet software and business requirements
  • Architecting scalable enterprise-grade applications using AI-assisted development practices
  • Performing rigorous code reviews of both human-written and AI-generated code
  • Maintaining documentation, prompt libraries, and reuse patterns for internal efficiency
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product owners, designers, and engineers
  • Mentoring team members in effective prompt engineering practices
  • Championing ethical and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor, or similar
  • Strong grounding in full-stack development and ability to validate AI-generated code across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, , Go, Python)
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architecture
  • Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and version control workflows (Git, GitHub Actions)
  • Working knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases
  • Exposure to secure software development practices and LLM safety

Soft Skills:

  • Critical thinking and attention to detail when reviewing AI-generated code
  • Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Growth mindset and comfort with experimentation and rapid iteration
  • Ability to translate vague or abstract requirements into concrete prompts and implementations
  • Curiosity and adaptability in the rapidly evolving landscape of generative AI

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
  • Prior experience in software engineering with demonstrable use of AI tools in code generation, testing, or optimization
  • Experience leading or mentoring in AI-enhanced development teams is a plus
