Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Administrative Executive (Overseas Training Support) – 3 pax Employment Type: Contract (1 December 2025 – 31 November 2026) Work Location: Gombak Drive Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Degree in Accountancy, Finance or data-related field - Salary Range: $2,800 – $3,200 per month Job Description: You will support the administrative and logistics requirements for overseas training and exercises. Responsibilities: • Perform documentation checks and assessment. • Perform Purchase Request transactions in IT systems. • Perform IT system Goods Receipt and Acceptance of goods and services received as part of the procurement process. • Initiate Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and/or Invitation to Tender (ITT) for purchases of higher value. • Perform Contract Variation Requests (CVRs) for changes in contractual requirements. • Coordinate flight arrangements and land transportation for units undergoing overseas training and exercises. • Coordinate personnel and cargo manifests with training units for submission to airlines and Overseas Training Centres. • Perform IT system request for claims for unit personnel participating in overseas exercises and trainings. Requirements: • Singapore Citizen. • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or data-related field. • Proficient in more than one of the following technologies: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense. • At least two years of relevant experience in finance and procurement preferred.
