Job Description:

We're looking for a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. As a forward-thinking organization, we're committed to delivering high-quality education and nurturing young minds in a supportive and stimulating environment.

We're seeking someone who can design engaging learning experiences, develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with our curriculum and educational framework, and support individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Support children's developmental progress and adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs and milestones
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and families through regular communication and collaboration
  • Maintain a vibrant and organized classroom space that supports exploration, creativity, and learning

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A child-first mindset with a genuine passion for early childhood education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and team members
  • Effective classroom management and ability to maintain a safe, nurturing environment
  • Energetic, positive attitude with a cheerful, team-oriented approach

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare or preschool setting
  • Registered with ECDA and certified with Level 2 (L2) English certification
  • Holds one of the following (or equivalent as recognized by ECDA): Diploma in Pre-school Education - Teaching (DPE-T)/ Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T)
