Role Overview
This role supports the Senior Manager for Marcomms in developing IMDA's marketing and communications strategy, and in executing impactful campaigns and outreach for IMDA's policies, programmes, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business/industry communications and internal stakeholders to understand priorities and design integrated campaigns that deliver results.
Assist the Senior Manager in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns (print, digital, social, activations, partnerships, sponsorships) to meet targets and deliverables.
Coordinate within the Comms & Marketing Division to ensure consistency in narratives and messaging aligned with audiences.
Utilize analytics and social listening tools to measure campaign effectiveness, inform policies, and encourage behavioral change.
Manage panels of vendors and service providers within the WOG approved contract framework.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a background in marketing, mass communications, or related fields.
Proven ability to collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders, including media, creative, and digital agencies.
Strong understanding of martech stacks and experience in digital-led campaigns.
Familiarity with web analytics tools for data-driven campaign measurement.
Passionate about delivering best-in-class campaigns that achieve results.
Calm demeanor with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
Experience in infocomm media fields is advantageous but not essential.
