我们公司的专注在于新加坡学前教育市场,为全国大大小小学前教育业者招聘教师,校长,清洁人员,以及代替教师。外籍华文教师的人选将会经过各个阶段赛选,才能有效为公司寻找出优秀,杰出的人选,为我们国家的未来主人翁铺上良好基础。华文教师的主要工作职责包挂: 负责学前班学生的一日常规,教授拼音,识字,阅读等课程 主班老师负责协调各科老师和家长和孩子的沟通 负责兴趣班的教学,考勤,与家长沟通等事项 Responsibilities: Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, and framework. Prepare and implement programs and age-appropriate teaching materials Keep accurate records of the children's progress Communicate with parents about the children's progress Render basic first aid as and when necessary Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources and environment Be familiar and recognize the company's policy and standing rules Key requirements: Minimum Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DECCE-T or equivalent) in Chinese Language curriculum Excellent communication skills Strong passion to nurture young children Able to work as a team, and independently when needed At least 2 years of experience in similar position Additional Information: Get to learn the insights of various preschools before committing.
